After his high school diploma at Istituto Statale d’Arte in 1978, he abandons the Accademia di Belle Arti of Torino to follow his vocation in drawing comics.
He begins to attend the Dami Studio in Milano, where he creates some illustrations published on "

From 1981 to 1988, his work is divided between graphic advertising and short stories appearing on
Boy Music by Rizzoli,
Edifumetto comics published by Renzo Barbieri and on

Collaborating with “Staff di If” comic artists team, he starts working with
Sergio Bonelli Editore in 1988, when he draws the
Operazione Godzilla story on the new quarterly series
Zona X.
From then, in 1989, he gets in
Martin Mystère’s comic artists team, drawing many complete stories.
In March 1996 he releases the
Prigioniero del futuro special, a team-up between Martin Mystère and
Nathan Never, followed by a second special in 2001 named
Il segreto di Altrove.
His art is on the first issue of
Jonathan Steele, a Sergio Bonelli Editore new character. He keeps working on it until series is canceled. Then he switches on
Nathan Never series, first drawing a giant-size special named
Universi paralleli, then working on single issues in the regular series.

Dipartimento 51 inside series for the biannual title
Universo Alfa.
